After confirming your design and measurements we can quickly turnaround your completed products ready for delivery and for you to simply install.

We stock a range of extrusions in our warehouse ready for you to cut and assemble onsite.Â

Powder Coated Colours
We have an extensive range of products finished with a range of popular Interpon D1000 series powdercoat colours including Black, Monument, Woodland Grey, Basalt, Surf Mist & White.
We also have Mill finished products that can be custom powdercoated to your own specific colour.
Timber Image Range
The woodgrain Alumawood features genuine Interpon basecoat followed by a technically advanced Italian film applied under heat and pressure for a long lasting finish. The woodgrain effect imaged aluminium is available with a Kwila, Western Red Cedar or Island Grey finish.

BATTENS
Our Australian made non weld batten system provides you with a quick and easy installation solution using our two piece click together system. Â
We have various battens options available including the XPRESS batten system incorporating 6 batten sizes in a range of standard colours and the CURVA batten system available in 3 sizes and 3 popular colour finishes.
Enclosures
We offer a range of custom made stylish equipment enclosures ideal for screening pool equipment, rubbish bins & air conditioner units. Our enclosures use the 65mm slats and are available in a range of colours and design options including panels, doors and lids with gas struts.
These units can be cut to size for DIY assembly and installation or as a completed unit ready for simple installation.
Horizontal Slat Finish
Our screens and gates are available in a horizontal style using 65mm or 90mm wide slats into a specially designed XPRESS side frame system that locks slats into place.
Vertical Slat Finish
The woodgrain Alumawood features genuine Interpon basecoat followed by a technically advanced Italian film applied under heat and pressure for a long lasting finish. The woodgrain effect imaged aluminium is available with a Kwila, Western Red Cedar or Island Grey finish.
XPRESS Battens (XBAT)
Our Australian made non weld batten system provides you with a quick and easy installation solution using our two piece click together system. Â
There are 6 batten sizes to choose from and range from the slimline 65x17mm batten to the substantial 150x50mm batten.
Battens are available in the standard colours of Black, Monument, Pearl White and Western Red Cedar or as a Mill finished product that can be applied with a custom colour.
CURVA Battens
With the increasing design trend of arches the Curva batten is designed to be installed into a range of applications including walls, onto posts or the underside of roofs. The battens are available in two styles (65mm or 90mm long x 40mm wide) and utilize a sturdy back clip that allows the batten to simply snap on allowing for an easier installation.Â
The Curva battens are available in 3 popular finishes including Pearl White, Alpine Ash timber image or in Mill finish that can be powder coated to any finish required.
